The Solution: Custom Steel Mezzanine With Integrated Shelving

Western Storage and Handling designed and installed a custom steel mezzanine system that maximized vertical space while preserving the working floor area below.

The 7-foot-high mezzanine spans 140 feet and adds 1,540 square feet of usable floor space. Industrial shelving units were installed beneath the mezzanine to ensure no loss of viable square footage. The upper deck provides additional storage capacity and flexible workspace for the parts department.

The system includes:

• 7′ H x 11′ W x 140′ L steel mezzanine

• 24 Steel Clip Shelving Units

• 7 Rivet-Span Shelving Units

• Perimeter handrails and kickplates

• Double swing gate for forklift access

• Two stair access points
