Colorado Academy needed an organized storage system for sports equipment, uniforms, chairs, bins, pads, gloves, and helmets. Equipment was stored across two separate areas, but items were piled into random bins with no structure, making access difficult and increasing the risk of loss and damage.

The school’s equipment manager needed a centralized system to improve organization, accessibility, and storage capacity. Key challenges included:

The Solution: Organized Pallet Rack Storage System
Western Storage and Handling developed a strategic storage layout using pallet rack systems and careful space planning to transform the cluttered storage areas into an efficient, organized environment. Equipment and uniforms were categorized by sport, department, and male/female programs, significantly improving access and inventory control.
The new system also created additional capacity, allowing space for drama department costume storage.
